How much does it cost?
Pricing depends on your situation, like whether you have W-2 income, a 1099, or a business. After your intake, we'll tell you your price before any work starts. Returning clients keep their original price.
Is everything virtual?
Yes. Once you join the list and complete intake, you'll get a secure link to upload your documents straight from your phone.
When can I file?
The IRS opens e-filing each year, usually in late January. The Early Bird list hears first, and if your documents are ready, you're in the first wave.
When will I get my refund?
The IRS controls refund timing. Many e-filed refunds arrive within about three weeks, but some credits, like the Earned Income Tax Credit and Additional Child Tax Credit, are held by law until mid-February or later. We'll tell you what to expect for your return.
What's a same-day refund advance?
For those who qualify, part of your expected refund may be available the same day you file, through our bank partner. It's subject to approval, and not everyone qualifies. Ask us for current details.
Should I send my tax documents or SSN on this website?
No. Please don't send Social Security numbers, bank info, or tax documents through this website. After intake, you'll get a private, secure upload link for that.
How do I reach you?
Join the Early Bird list, or text (336) 515-0076 with your name. We'll get back to you.
